FAQ

  • Consultations are a free 15 minute phone call that are equally for me as they are you to assess if we would be a good fit to work together. We will talk about your goals, my approach, and answer any questions you may have before scheduling a formal session.

  • I charge $160 hourly fee for individual sessions and $200 hourly fee for couples sessions.

I require 24 hour cancelation notice. A Cancelation after 24 hours or no-show will result in a late fee of the full rate of your scheduled session.

  • Our sessions will be focused and driven largely by YOU. I encourage my clients to have autonomy and a voice in session and to use our relationship as a driving force for change. I will always encourage topics and challenge unhelpful patterns, while also respecting your pace and agenda.

  • LMFT stands for Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. LPCC stands for Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Both of these titles are Masters level licenses for practice of psychotherapy.

The difference being LMFT educational focus is on relationship dynamics and how these impact us, while LPCC educational focus is mainly on the individual. I use the knowledge from both of these to offer a unique perspective and exploration to your experience.
